With over One Million favorites at the time of writing, it’s one of the most, if not the most wished for item on the entire platform. Unfortunately, the item only goes on sale once per year, usually going on sale around the start of October, then going off-sale again around the start of November. Due to this item’s insane popularity, thousands of users purchase it every year, despite its very hefty price tag.

Many may wonder why Roblox charges so much for this bundle, after all, other than the character’s head, nothing is that different from the bundles that cost 50x less. We cannot be sure why Roblox makes this item so expensive, but we can sure guess. It could be likely that Roblox themselves want to keep this package as a token for famous players and developers, to show their success on the platform. However, it could also be that Roblox is using it as a way to earn more money from users buying Robux, as many spend the $300+ to buy Robux every time the Headless Horseman package goes on sale. Again, as mentioned earlier, we can only guess the real reasoning behind the hefty price barrier for Headless Horseman, this is purely an estimate.
Can I Get Headless Horseman for Free on Roblox?
The short answer is; no. It’s very unlikely that this item will ever become free, simply down to the fact that it’s become a tradition on ROBLOX. Every year people who have managed to acquire the 31,000 Robux in the past year award themselves with the purchase of this item. It’s also unlikely due to the outrage it would likely cause from the users who previously had to spend the large amount of money to purchase the item. But, despite this, it’s definitely possible for ROBLOX to release Headless Horseman for free in future.

- Search “Headless Horseman”.
- The bundle should appear, click it.
- Click “Buy”, if you have significant funds, you can now purchase it, if you don’t, you’ll be prompted to purchase Robux.
